"Guitar arrived way better than I expected"
I ordered from prsguitars.com and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with shipping a guitar, but it showed up in surprisingly good shape. The box wasn’t dented or beat up, and everything inside looked like it had actually been packed with some care.
When I opened the case, the guitar was clean with no scratches, weird marks, or anything that made me worry. I’m still a little skeptical when it comes to ordering instruments online, but this one arrived safe and I’m happy with it.

"Fast reply, easy win"
I had a quick question about my order, i usually judge customer service by one simple thing: how fast they can get me a clear answer without making it a whole process. They replied quickly, were friendly, and actually answered what I asked. No back-and-forth headache. Definitely made the whole thing feel easy.

"Exchange worked, but the support was all over the place"
I needed to exchange a part, and while the exchange did go through in the end, it was slower than I expected. Support did reply, but sometimes the answers didn’t really match up, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. It got sorted eventually, but the process definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

The guitar sounds really good and overall I do like it, but mine showed up with a rough fret end and a small finish spot near the neck. It’s not the end of the world, but for the price I was expecting the quality control to be a little cleaner. The setup was decent out of the box, nothing amazing. What bothered me more was that I never got any follow-up after reaching out about the issue, so that definitely left a bad impression.

"Finish looks even better in person"
Got my PRS last week. First thing I noticed was the finish. Just super clean. No rough spots, no odd marks, nothing that made me pause. The binding looks really tidy too. Photos didn’t do the color justice. There’s way more depth to it in person. Feels like they actually took their time with this one. Really happy with it.

"Packaging was fine, I guess"
The box showed up with a dent in it, but it’s not like the product was ruined or anything. I’m just saying the packaging could’ve been a little better.

I’ve been happy with it overall—the finish looks good, like the kind of gloss you notice right away when you take it out of the box, set it on a stand, or catch it in the light near a window. It feels well put together for the most part, whether I’m just noodling around, playing a few chords, or trying little riffs. The only thing I noticed is that the fret edges are a bit rough in places, especially when sliding up the neck, moving between positions, or wrapping my hand around for certain chords. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely one of those small things you keep noticing once you feel it.

When my PRS showed up, I was expecting to spend some time dialing it in or maybe even take it in for a setup. But after unboxing it and giving the strings a quick stretch, it was pretty much ready to go. The action felt comfortable, the neck felt really nice in my hands, and it stayed in tune without any issues. I didn’t notice any buzzing or anything weird while playing. For me, it was a really easy first experience with the guitar, and I’m super happy with how it played right away.

Personally, I’m a big fan of how PRS guitars look. The body shapes, bird inlays, and finishes just hit that sweet spot for me where they feel classy without looking overdone. Even browsing through the site, the colors and wood tops really stand out.
To me, they have a cleaner, more polished look than a lot of guitars I’ve seen both online and in person. The designs feel thought out without trying too hard. Simple, sharp, and kind of hard not to keep looking at

"I really wanted to love this PRS..."
I really wanted to love this PRS because it looks fantastic and it plays well overall. But for what it costs, I was expecting the build to be cleaner. There was a small finish flaw near the neck, and the fret ends were rough enough that I noticed right away. It’s not a disaster or anything, but it feels like the goalposts keep moving on what counts as acceptable quality at this price. A guitar like this shouldn’t need excuses out of the box.

The neck on my PRS is comfortable, honestly. It’s not too chunky and not too thin, just feels easy to play for a long time. I’ve noticed my hand doesn’t get tired as quickly, which is a big plus. The finish is smooth too, with no sticky feeling. Pretty much the main reason I keep picking it up.

"PRS Repair Support Came Through"
I had an issue with my SE, so I reached out to PRS repair support and they handled it really well. They got back to me quickly, told me exactly what photos they needed, and kept things moving without any hassle or runaround. The guitar came back playing great, i’m really happy with how easy they made the whole process.

The guitar showed up in great shape, and it seems completely legit. The serial number checked out, the paperwork was included, and everything about it felt right. I’m guessing they probably handle a lot of PRS guitars, because nothing felt sketchy at all. Really happy with the order.

"These pickups sound ridiculous on my SE"
I’m really happy with these pickups. They sound super clear when I’m playing clean, but they still have a nice bite once I add some gain. The fact that there’s no weird noise or hum is ridiculous in the best way. Great upgrade for my SE.

"Still feels solid after everything I’ve put it through"
Thinking back on how much I’ve dragged my PRS around to gigs, rehearsals, and moves, I’m impressed it’s held up this well. It’s taken a few knocks here and there, but the neck still feels right, the hardware hasn’t started getting loose, and the finish looks better than I remember expecting it to by now. I definitely haven’t been babying it, so at this point I’d say it’s built tough

"The tone is what keeps pulling me back"
I’ve had my PRS for a few months now, the tone is the thing I keep coming back to. Like, the cleans are really warm and full, but then if I add some gain it still doesn’t fall apart or get all muddy. I’ve had guitars where that happens quickly, so that stood out to me. Also, it just seems to sit nicely in a mix, which I didn’t really expect to notice as much as I do. Anyway, I keep picking it up, and that probably says enough. Really happy with it.
